A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit goes toward your total service cost. Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. No-Shows: No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of your total service price. (Your deposit will be applied toward that fee if charged.) Late Policy: Please arrive no more than 10 minutes late. Anything later may require rescheduling to respect all clients’ time. Treatment Care: • Avoid waxing 7 days before and after any exfoliating or brightening treatment. • Please arrive with clean skin and no lotions, oils, or deodorant on the area being treated.
